Sunday April 27th, 2014 :- Park to Park Charity Cycle Ride
Cllr Ann Crimmings, Mayor of Rhondda Cynon Taf, is supporting three worthwhile causes during her term of office. The Mayor’s Charity Appeal this year is in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support (RCT), Guide Dogs Cymru and Diabetes Peer Support for Children.
There is a common theme linking all three charities - each one of them make a difference and transform the lives of people living in our County Borough.
That is why the support of the public is vital in making this year’s RCT Mayor’s Charity Appeal an enormous success. This would not be possible without the support of individuals, groups and organisations, so why not join the Park to Park charity bike ride on Sunday, April 27
The 13-mile route from Ynysangharad War Memorial Park in the historical town of Pontypridd, to Bute Park, Cardiff, provides the perfect opportunity to get fit, make new friends, explore and discover our wonderful surroundings and to raise money for three very worthwhile causes
It is one of many fundraising events taking place in aid of the RCT Mayor’s Charity Appeal, so please give us your support. Times are tough for everyone at the moment - your help is needed now more than ever.
